About This Role
- Drive and own end-to-end inventory accuracy and stock governance across multiple warehouses and sales channels with >98% accuracy target.
- Manage ERP and inventory system updates for all stock movements ensuring synchronization to prevent discrepancies and overselling.
- Lead inventory audits, cycle counts, loss prevention analysis, and coordinate cross-functional teams for effective inventory flow and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems like Unicommerce or Ginesys.
- Strong expertise in stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-warehouse inventory and complex SKU mixes including perishable items.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills demonstrated via inventory variance and loss analysis.
- Capable of operational discipline with proven coordination skills across procurement, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams in fast-paced environments.
