About This Role
- Own and lead AI, automation, and process excellence initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cycle time, capacity, cost, risk, and client experience across GCC locations.
- Build and manage a high-performing team focused on delivering measurable business outcomes through technology-enabled transformation projects using Microsoft Power Platform, AI, workflow automation, and integrations.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption strategies while defining KPIs, dashboards, and compliance standards for process excellence and transformation solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of experience in automation, digital transformation, AI, technology-enabled operations, consulting, or related roles with proven track record of delivering production automation or AI solutions and measurable transformation outcomes.
- Strong technical skills including Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, analytics, SQL, and collaboration tools.
- Location requirement: Hybrid work model with minimum 3 days per week onsite in Hyderabad office.

- Demonstrated expertise in driving process excellence with data-driven KPIs, governance, change enablement, and continuous improvement in technology-enabled operations.
