About This Role
- Analyse and document business requirements and process improvements for Transfer Agency transformation, focusing on investor onboarding, AML/KYC, and core platforms.
- Support the implementation and delivery of scalable solutions by collaborating with operations, technology, product, risk, compliance, and vendors.
- Lead testing activities (UAT, system, regression), stakeholder workshops, and ensure operational controls and regulatory compliance are integrated into solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in business analysis, change delivery, or application support within funds, asset servicing, Transfer Agency, AML/KYC, or financial services operations.
- Strong knowledge of Transfer Agency operating models and applications; experience with Multifonds, ICON, or similar platforms highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Visio, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence beneficial.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in analysing and improving business processes within Transfer Agency or related financial service operations, with a clear understanding of regulatory and control requirements.
- Capable of managing end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering through testing and implementation in a cross-functional, multi-region environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate with stakeholders across technology, operations, risk, and compliance without direct authority.
