About This Role
- Own timely and accurate processing of investor AML documentation and adherence to Northern Trust’s AML procedures.
- Coordinate with AML teams in Ireland and Indian offices to escalate and resolve complex AML issues and queries efficiently.
- Ensure AML support activities comply with audit, risk, and regulatory standards, providing regular progress updates to management.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years overall work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar; CA, ICWA Inter/Master degree, IAQ, IOC or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience in Audit, Operational Control, Risk, Accounting, Financial Services, or Capital Markets.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and extended hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Investor AML servicing with strong understanding of AML compliance in financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex AML issues by collaborating across teams and geographies.
- Prior experience in people management and operating within regulated financial environments.
