About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end Informatica MDM enterprise data management initiatives including data modeling, integration, and governance for customer/product domains.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot Informatica MDM Hub components such as Match & Merge, Hierarchy Manager, and Data Director to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Drive cloud transformation and hybrid architecture projects incorporating IDMC tools, batch/job processing, and API integration with stakeholder management responsibility.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Integration, or MDM with 4–6+ years hands-on in Informatica IDMC or MDM.
- Mandatory skills: Informatica MDM Hub (Multidomain), Data Quality (IDQ), ETL/ELT, SQL, APIs (SIF/REST), data modeling, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degree in relevant field.
- Location: Bengaluru (onsite base location).

- Experienced leader with proven ability to manage enterprise-scale data integration and cloud migration programs involving Informatica MDM and IDMC tools.
- Strong technical problem-solver capable of debugging complex data load, match, merge, and survivorship issues across batch and real-time environments.
- Skilled in data governance, metadata management, and DevOps CI/CD practices with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
