About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered, scalable SaaS platform integrations, workflows, and frontend/backend services using React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Drive architectural decisions and implement cloud-based solutions with a focus on reliability, performance, and automated delivery pipelines including AI-assisted development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional distributed teams to translate business needs into technical solutions supporting global customers.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Expert-level skills in React, TypeScript, Next.js for frontend development and Node.js, PostgreSQL for backend.
- Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud architecture.
- Willingness to maintain working-hour overlap with Central European Time (CET ±2 hours).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong full-stack engineer with proven ability to lead scalable SaaS product development and maintain complex cloud architectures.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to improve productivity without compromising quality.
- Able to independently solve complex engineering problems while collaborating effectively with distributed teams and aligning technical solutions with business goals.
