About This Role
- Lead design and architecture of scalable, maintainable software systems meeting technical and business needs.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain high-quality code in multiple programming languages ensuring software quality and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver complex software solutions on schedule.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
- 6-8 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficient in Java and Python; experience with React, Angular, Spring Boot, Django, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; knowledge of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, version control (Git).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end software development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Proven leadership in mentoring engineers and setting coding standards in a multi-technology environment.
- Comfortable with complex problem-solving, performance optimization, and working in multinational teams with agile methodologies.
