About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, enterprise-scale software solutions with responsibility for end-to-end delivery and high-quality production code.
- Drive site reliability engineering (SRE) practices including defining and operationalizing SLOs/SLIs/error budgets, promoting reliability, scalability, performance, security, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead cross-team operational activities such as infrastructure planning, data center migrations, partner engagements, and audit/application hygiene while leveraging AI-assisted software development tools to improve code quality and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Strong coding skills in one or more modern programming languages with ability to develop, debug, and maintain enterprise-scale code including database querying.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, security practices, and knowledge of SDLC.
- Hands-on knowledge of SRE best practices and operational tools (containers, orchestration, CI/CD tools, monitoring, network troubleshooting) and experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools.

- Proficient in driving SRE culture and operational excellence across teams, able to bridge engineering and business stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrates advanced usage of AI-assisted development tools responsibly, with strong validation and refinement skills to ensure high code quality, security, and performance.
