About This Role
- Own design, construction, and maintenance of scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and backend testing.
- Lead performance testing (load, stress, scalability), identify bottlenecks, and collaborate on solutions to improve product stability.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines, improve pipeline efficiency, reduce production defects, and mentor SDET and QA engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in software quality engineering with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Hands-on experience building scalable test automation frameworks, including UI (Appium), API, and backend systems.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and release gating integration.
- Location requirement: Must work from Bangalore office 4 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with complex distributed microservices environments, cloud infrastructure, and containerized test environments.
- Practiced in collaborating cross-functionally with DevOps and SRE teams to enhance system reliability and observability.
- Skilled in leveraging AI/ML tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for test design, failure analysis, and test automation enhancement.
