About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of Pega PRPC implementation and related systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise reusability and compliance requirements.
- Govern software development lifecycle governance, including code reviews, rule set versioning, deployments, and performance optimization for Pega applications.
- Maintain operational health of Pega systems, including upgrades, patches, environment management, and coordination with development/administration teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-11 years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC, including design, development, testing, and debugging on PEGA 8.x.
- Mandatory certifications: PCSSA (Pega Certified Senior System Architect); CLSA and LSA certifications are good to have or optional.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Software, Mathematics, Electronics, or related fields (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc).
- Work Location: Hyderabad or Mumbai (India). Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing enterprise-level Pega implementations with strong architectural governance and operational oversight.
- Skilled in collaborating across distributed, multi-geography teams and capable of managing complex deployment and lifecycle processes.
- Technical proficiency in Pega integration, performance tuning, CI/CD adoption, and knowledge of case management or CLM solutions preferred.
