About This Role
- Lead and grow an engineering team in India delivering Camascope eMAR, collaborating closely with the UK product engineering team.
- Hands-on contribution to system design, feature delivery, and removal of blockers while mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards.
- Own day-to-day team operations, sprint delivery, performance management, and drive continuous delivery with embedded testing and security in CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience including Engineering Manager or senior technical lead role experience.
- Strong portfolio in C#/.NET backend services with experience in cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and cloud-native development.
- Experience with modern DevOps/CI-CD practices, RESTful API design and security, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring distributed/international engineering teams.
- Proven ability to establish or improve delivery practices and engineering standards in a mature technology environment.
- Technical depth in C#/.NET backend, cloud platforms, and secure system architecture aligning with multi-site collaboration.
