About This Role
- Lead and execute complex supply chain and inventory management analyses to optimize forecasting accuracy, replenishment, and inventory costs.
- Develop scalable analytical frameworks, decision models, dashboards, and automated reporting to support key strategic decisions in Fresh business operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Business teams; perform simulations and scenario analysis to evaluate operational strategies, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related quantitative discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R, and business intelligence/visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Work Model: Hybrid; Language: Professional business-level English communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in solving complex supply chain and inventory optimization problems leveraging data-driven frameworks and models.
- Comfortable leading end-to-end analytical projects with minimal supervision and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Background or strong interest in eCommerce, Retail, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Operations Research with a strategic mindset toward operational trade-offs.
