About This Role
- Own end-to-end development and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications using Python backend frameworks and modern frontend technologies (React.js or Angular).
- Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs, database schemas, and backend services emphasizing performance, concurrency (multithreading, multiprocessing, async), and security (authentication, RBAC).
- Lead application deployment with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and mentor junior developers while resolving complex production issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–6 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Python programming and backend frameworks such as Django, Django REST Framework, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Proficient with frontend technologies React.js or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in advanced Python concepts including OOP, decorators, generators, multithreading, async programming, and system architecture to build efficient, high-performance applications.
- Technically skilled in both backend API design and frontend responsive app development within scalable cloud-enabled environments.
- Capable of independently handling complex problem-solving, architecture decisions, mentoring juniors, and applying software design principles and best practices.
