About This Role
- Facilitate Scrum team operations, ensuring removal of impediments and adherence to Agile Scrum processes to achieve sprint goals.
- Support Product Owner in backlog management, user story definition, planning ceremonies, and Agile process adoption.
- Analyze Scrum metrics, lead competency improvement for the team, and maintain stable team velocity through Scrum ceremonies and coaching.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of overall experience with a focus on Agile Scrum methodology.
- Experience with Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs) or Python (Flask, FastAPI) development and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular).
- Proficiency in Agile-Scrum mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years; Location: Pune, Maharashtra; Contract role.

- Experienced in hands-on agile team facilitation and coaching with demonstrated Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Skilled in supporting Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined scrum practices and sprint delivery.
