About This Role
- Design and execute warehouse and logistics solutions including layout, automation, and resource planning based on customer throughput data.
- Prepare cost-effective proposals and detailed solution documentation covering flowcharts, SLAs, SOPs, and commercial inputs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, pricing, operations, and procurement to ensure margin-aligned, operationally feasible solutions and manage handover to implementation teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–15 years of experience in Contract Logistics or Warehousing solution design.
- Graduation or Postgraduation in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience designing solutions for FMCG, FMCD, Retail, or E-commerce sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and warehouse design tools is mandatory.

- Experienced in handling multiple projects with agility and flexibility across logistics segments and business priorities.
- Strong commercial acumen with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
