About This Role
- Serve as liaison among marketing, customers/end-users, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into detailed system designs.
- Gather and define business requirements from customer engagements, market research, and competitive analysis for new systems and enhancements.
- Manage product backlog across multiple product lines, prioritize features using Scrum principles, and ensure alignment with ROI objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computers, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
- 6 to 9 years of total product development or engineering experience.
- 4 to 5 years of demonstrated Scrum and Product Owner experience in software or related medical environment.
- 7 to 8 years as a technical contributor to complex software applications and projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical specialization in Networking and Software Engineering with strong understanding of core principles and practices.
- Experienced in writing Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, and User Stories, with prototyping skills.
- Exposure to medical domain standards, FDA requirements, embedded systems, networking, web/mobile platforms, and software verification within SDLC.
