About This Role
- Manage team capacity planning, resource allocation, and onboarding/offboarding activities to ensure project coverage.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding/offboarding and manage software license allocation, tracking utilization and compliance.
- Prepare executive presentations, project status reports, and maintain project governance documentation including trackers and dashboards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Project Coordination or PMO support.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Expertise in Data, Analytics, and AI projects domain.
- Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, and strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven operational expertise in resource and capacity planning within data, analytics, or AI project environments.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and project governance documentation with measurable output like reports and dashboards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting managing multiple priorities and stakeholder communications.
