About This Role
- Define product direction and roadmap in partnership with CEO, focusing on AI-driven features for early-education product.
- Design, build, and ship full-stack AI features including prompt engineering, agent design, retrieval systems, and deployment on cloud.
- Implement measurable evaluation and testing methods to continuously improve AI quality and UX, ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance (FERPA/COPPA).
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of full-stack software engineering experience with React/TypeScript front end and Node.js or Python back end, plus AWS cloud deployment.
- Proven experience building and shipping at least one production Large Language Model (LLM) application used by real users.
- Hands-on expertise in prompt/agent design, RAG techniques (embeddings, vector search), and LLM output quality evaluation.
- India-based remote work eligibility with daily overlap with UK and US time zones; visa sponsorship not available.

- AI-native daily user who integrates AI tooling to boost speed and quality of development.
