About This Role
- Lead enterprise content operations leveraging Sitecore Content Hub and AI capabilities to improve discoverability, automation, and personalization.
- Design and implement personalization strategies and A/B testing to optimize customer journeys and engagement.
- Manage metadata, taxonomy, governance, and omni-channel content delivery across the global Sitecore ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on Sitecore experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Sitecore Content Hub (DAM/CMP) administration or content operations.
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore AI, Sitecore Personalize, and A/B testing/experimentation.
- Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years of Sitecore experience explicitly mentioned.

- Proven expertise in designing scalable content strategies within composable and omnichannel architectures.
- Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, product, and UX teams for personalized content delivery.
