About This Role
- Own end-to-end production support and issue resolution for Oracle EBS R12 Finance applications within SLA timelines.
- Analyze finance processes and troubleshoot across modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management, using PL/SQL for root cause analysis and fixes.
- Drive month-end and sub-ledger close support, collaborate with stakeholders, document solutions, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance techno-functional roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management.
- Advanced PL/SQL skills for analysis, debugging, and solution implementation.
- Experience in production support in SLA-driven environments and solid understanding of month-end close processes.

- Experienced in high accountability roles focused on timely resolution of Oracle EBS Finance production issues with cross-team coordination.
