About This Role
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and supporting schedules for larger, complex subsidiaries.
- Manage accuracy of records including general ledger, fixed asset ledger, cash receipts/disbursements, accounts payable, and travel ledger.
- Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and provide analyses to management and auditors; contribute to process improvements and junior staff development.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in government contracting and/or manufacturing.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant certification required.
- Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and Blackline is a plus.

- Experienced in managing accounting functions within large subsidiary entities, including ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members and handle interactions with multiple stakeholders including auditors and management.
- Demonstrated capability to prioritize multiple projects and drive process improvements in a complex corporate environment.
