About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of Java-based enterprise applications for Investment and Transition Management functions.
- Provide technical leadership including code review, development standards enforcement, and mentoring of team members.
- Collaborate with global business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions and influence architecture decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience with substantial enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, database design, and microservices architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Prior experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, Investment Management, or Capital Markets domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Investment Management or related financial domains with knowledge of portfolio data and securities.
- Demonstrated capability to lead technical teams and drive best software development practices in Agile environments.
- Familiar with modern engineering practices including AI-assisted development tools, cloud-native development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
