About This Role
- Lead and manage software engineering teams developing AI applications with cross-functional collaboration across data science, ML engineering, UX, and product management.
- Drive execution and delivery of software features, acting as Scrum Master and making key architectural and product decisions.
- Mentor engineers, maintain high team morale, advocate technical excellence, and contribute occasionally to coding and architecture discussions.
Minimum Requirements
- Related technical degree required.
- 12+ years in software engineering with 3–5 years leading sizable teams on fast-paced technical projects.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems, microservices, and distributed architecture.
- Agile/Scrum experience required; strong communication and organizational skills.
