About This Role
- Design and develop software solutions across the full application stack, including front-end and back-end components.
- Analyze user requirements and make decisions within defined parameters, supporting project delivery of small to medium system components.
- Lead and support project tasks within the team, including peer support and onboarding of new software engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 12 years of software engineering experience depending on grade level (Grade 130: 2-4 years; Grade 140: 5-7 years; Grade 150: 8-12 years).
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with data engineering technologies: SQL, ETL, data warehousing, data modeling, cloud databases, cloud architecture.
- Experience in full stack development including .NET and REST API development; additional technologies like Python, Java, and BI tools are good to have.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and developing data engineering and integration solutions with familiarity in related cloud and BI technologies.
- Capable of working across application stacks, from front-end UI to back-end services, supporting moderate complexity projects.
- Able to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team onboarding and quality standards adherence.
