About This Role
- Conduct quality assurance testing for medium to high complexity software applications to ensure defect-free operation.
- Design, develop, implement, and update software quality systems aligned with organizational needs.
- Define master test plans, document problems, recommend quality improvements, and mentor junior test engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-10 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
- Ability to design and implement test plans and conduct complex software tests.
- Work Experience Required: 1-10 years in QA/testing domain.

- Experienced in handling medium to high complexity software testing projects independently.
- Capable of defining testing strategies, establishing quality measurements, and recommending improvements.
- Has prior mentoring or managing experience for junior QA/test engineers.
