About This Role
- Oversee day-to-day management of construction projects ensuring budget, schedule, design, safety, and quality compliance onsite.
- Prepare and maintain master construction schedules; conduct regular meetings to track progress and resolve site issues.
- Lead technical management including coordination drawings review, technical handover, cost claims verification, and safety and quality control processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in architectural, civil engineering, MEP engineering or related field, or equivalent mix of education and 5+ years work experience.
- Mandatory experience in construction site management with construction estimation skills.
- Completed safety trainings required.
- Location: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with construction project planning, including use of MS Project, MS Excel, and other scheduling software.
- Strong knowledge of development management aspects: financial appraisal, risk management, negotiation, design contract, and commercial negotiations.
- Effective communicator skilled at managing client and contractor relationships and aligning multi-stakeholder project requirements.
