About This Role
- Manage day-to-day construction activities onsite ensuring budget, risk, schedule, design, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Prepare and track master construction schedules, conduct regular site meetings, and review progress payments and site issues.
- Lead technical management including reviewing coordination drawings, work method statements, variation orders, and managing client sign-offs.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering, MEP engineering, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management.
- Completed safety trainings and construction estimation skills mandatory.
- Location requirement: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling full spectrum of development management including financials, risk, appraisal, and negotiations.
- Proficient in project planning tools like MS Project, MS Excel, and interpreting construction drawings.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with international and domestic clients and contractors.
