About This Role
- Manage and support the Source to Pay (S2P) system Coupa, including day-to-day production support and implementing process enhancements.
- Conduct testing for new functionality and defect resolution, and collaborate with integration teams to maintain system integrations with ERP and master data tools.
- Serve as primary liaison for user support, resolving issues, promoting user adoption, and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders and regional super users.
Minimum Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Coupa S2P platform as a technical owner, implementer, or system administrator with strong functional knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in Coupa administration.
- Experience troubleshooting system issues and working across teams to prioritize and resolve them.
- Familiarity with compliance/governance controls and fluent English required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep functional expertise across S2P functions including supplier onboarding, purchase requisitioning, sourcing, invoicing, and payables.
- Experience operating within multi-system landscapes supporting ERP, ServiceNow, SAP, and integration tools using APIs (e.g., Postman).
- Able to influence upstream and downstream processes with executive stakeholders and drive process improvements leveraging critical thinking and attention to detail.
