About This Role
- Own end-to-end preparation and 1st level review of client financial statements and related reports ensuring timely and accurate completion for audit and regulatory submission.
- Manage and coordinate team workload, training, and performance feedback to meet accuracy and deadline targets.
- Support risk management by ensuring adherence to SOPs and key controls; act as primary contact for global offshoring partners and resolve client issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Fund Financial Reporting, accounting, or finance preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred; professional qualifications like CA/CPA/ACCA preferred.
- Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS required.
- Willingness to work shifts overlapping with US, APAC, and EMEA hours.

- Experienced in fund accounting and financial reporting with operational knowledge of investment company client deliverables.
- Strong leadership capability demonstrated through team training and risk management responsibilities.
- Comfortable working across global teams and coordinating with offshore partners in a time-sensitive environment.
