About This Role
- Lead architecture, development, and integration of SystemC/TLM-2.0 virtual platforms for complex multi-core SoCs, including individual IP modeling and lifecycle maintenance.
- Define and own virtual platform modeling strategy, methodology, coding standards, and reusable model libraries; serve as technical lead across multiple platforms and IP models.
- Drive shift-left testing enablement, model validation with RTL correlation, integration with ecosystem tools, and lead post-silicon validation and debug support.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science with 8-12 years experience OR Master's with 6-10 years OR Ph.D. with 4+ years relevant industry experience.
- Expert-level in SystemC, TLM-2.0, C, modern C++ (C++14/17), and experience with virtual platform tools (e.g., Synopsys Virtualizer, Arm Fast Models, QEMU).
- Deep knowledge of ARM and/or RISC-V architectures, SoC architecture, memory hierarchies, coherency protocols, and hardware/software co-design.
- Experience with RTL co-simulation, hybrid emulation, Python scripting, build systems (CMake), Agile/DevOps, and technical leadership/mentoring.

- Experienced senior engineer with proven track record in architecting and delivering full-system SoC virtual platforms used for production software development.
- Technical leader comfortable managing complex cross-functional programs and interfacing with architecture, hardware, software, verification, and product teams.
- Strong collaborator capable of working across geographically dispersed teams, handling ambiguity, and influencing architecture and design decisions.
