About This Role
- Design and manage delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce products, Apex, Lightning, mobile development, and integrations.
- Lead technical design sessions and oversee Salesforce projects with focus on AI-first architecture, performance optimization, and scalable predictive/generative AI integration.
- Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migrations; drive use of AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot for code quality and accelerated delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-14 years CRM experience with minimum 6 years on Salesforce platform.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing Clouds) and Agentforce architecture.
- Strong experience in system architecture design, API integrations, data sharing, security protocols, and use of AI development tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot.
- Degree or equivalent proven experience; active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain upon hire.
