About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery and financial performance of global Salesforce implementations using Agile methodologies.
- Manage program roadmap, stakeholder alignment, governance, and delivery quality across complex, multi-cloud Salesforce projects.
- Drive resource and budget management while promoting AI-enabled productivity enhancements and maintaining project margins.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in IT industry with 5+ years delivering Salesforce projects.
- Proven experience with Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud or Industry clouds.
- Salesforce Certification (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud) and Agile/Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2, CSM, or PSM).
- Hands-on use of project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project; timezone flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex Salesforce digital transformation programs in global enterprises, preferably in Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, or Consumer Goods domains.
- Strong leadership in Agile delivery using Scrum or SAFe frameworks with ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders.
- Comfortable driving AI-enabled delivery processes and collaborating closely with Architects and Technical Leads without requiring hands-on Salesforce configuration.
