About This Role
- Manage group consolidation process including intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and GAAP adjustments.
- Lead integration and transition activities for newly acquired entities ensuring seamless financial reporting.
- Oversee compliance and reporting activities related to related party transactions and regulatory disclosures (Ind AS 24, SEBI LODR) with stringent quarterly deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- 6-8 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting, preferably in publicly listed companies.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Ind AS financial reporting standards.
- Experience in consolidation accounting, related party transaction reporting, and statutory audit coordination.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working under regulatory compliance environments with exposure to listed company requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex financial data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Capable of leading a small team (3-4 members) and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely reporting.
