About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, resilient platform services using Java, AWS, Redis, and Apache Kafka.
- Own end-to-end platform capabilities including engineering practices, software quality, deployment, operational excellence, and production support.
- Drive complex technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence technical strategy across multiple teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend and distributed systems expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, AWS, Redis, and Docker.
- Proven ability to design and develop scalable, highly available distributed platforms and microservices.
- Location requirement: Must be based in Pune, India.
