About This Role
- Provide financial oversight and controls for Super Speciality, Ecom, and Retail businesses with approx. 1000Cr annual business size.
- Support annual operating plan preparation, identify revenue/margin improvement levers, and approve pricing/discount/trade scheme guidelines.
- Drive business performance tracking, internal controls, governance enhancement, process simplification, automation projects, and monthly book closing.
Minimum Requirements
- CA or CWA qualification mandatory.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience required.
- Experience in analytics, financial controls, business partnering, and process improvement mandatory.
- Preferably from Pharma industry background.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong business partnering skills with experience in strategizing and achieving financial plans in complex business units.
- Proven track record in implementing internal controls and governance mechanisms to improve business hygiene.
- Experience leading process simplification, automation projects, and driving efficiency in finance operations of large businesses.
