About This Role
- Collect, validate, and analyze HR data to develop dashboards, reports, and insights for decision-making.
- Maintain data integrity in SAP-HR and other HR systems through periodic audits and ensure accuracy of employee information.
- Support employee lifecycle processes including induction, documentation, exit management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in Science, Pharma, or Engineering plus MBA or Master’s degree in Management (preferably HR Management).
- Exposure to HR operations and processes through internships, preferably in the Pharma industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, and reporting tools; familiarity with SAP-HR and HRIS platforms preferred.
