About This Role
- Resolve healthcare claims and related operational tasks within revenue cycle management workflows to improve service quality and workflow performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and follow standard operating procedures to ensure transaction accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify process gaps, escalate complex issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives, including applying basic AI tools to enhance productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0 to 2 years experience in operations, healthcare revenue cycle management, claims processing, or related support function.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Outlook.
- Work Experience Required: 0 to 2 years in relevant operations or healthcare revenue cycle functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or familiarity with healthcare claims, billing workflows, or revenue cycle management processes preferred.
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow structured procedures and maintain accurate documentation consistently.
- Capable of working with structured task queues, workflow tools, or claims systems and quickly learning new workflows and tools, including basic AI-enabled features.
