About This Role
- Manage client relationships for SEO and digital marketing campaigns, acting as primary contact for multiple clients.
- Coordinate internal teams including SEO, content, paid marketing, and web development to ensure timely delivery and successful campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide client reports, conduct meetings, and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing, preferably in a digital marketing or SEO agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and leading or mentoring teams.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experienced with client servicing in SEO or digital marketing agencies, with proven account and team management skills.
- Able to coordinate cross-functional internal teams and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously under deadlines.
- Skilled in interpreting campaign data, making strategic recommendations, and driving client growth through upselling and retention efforts.
