About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise AI and agentic systems.
- Build and manage AI-ready data products, retrieval pipelines, vector data stores, and knowledge systems powering AI solutions.
- Establish AI observability, evaluation, and AgenticOps practices, collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product teams to operationalize AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM related field.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions at scale with expertise in AI engineering, data engineering, or machine learning platforms.
- Experience with modern AI architectures such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, agent frameworks, and LLM-powered applications.
- Prior experience in payment fraud detection modeling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated technical leadership with ability to influence architecture decisions and mentor engineering teams.
- Experience designing and building scalable data pipelines, APIs, and distributed systems to support AI and analytics workloads at enterprise scale.
- Able to translate emerging AI capabilities into reusable platforms and services delivering measurable business outcomes.
