About This Role
- Maintain operational accuracy and timeliness in PCF creation, basket constructions, corporate action processing, and UCF dissemination for ETFs.
- Process corporate actions on model ETF portfolios using Bloomberg and index provider data, ensuring alignment with client indexes.
- Lead process improvements, document updates, and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders including forecasting and reconciliations.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in fund accounting, NAV for ETFs/MFs/Hedge Funds, corporate action processing, trade operations, or investment operations with a reputed global firm preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Technical or related field preferred.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with ETF products, basket creation, and trade settlement or corporate action processing environments.
- Experience working within global financial services or asset servicing operations.
- Demonstrates ability to manage multiple stakeholder communications and lead operational process improvements.
