About This Role
- Maintain operational accuracy and timeliness in Portfolio Composition File (PCF) creation, baskets, corporate action processing, and Unsettled Corporate Facilities (UCF) dissemination with effective reviews before final delivery.
- Process corporate actions on model ETF portfolios using Bloomberg and index provider data ensuring alignment with client indexes.
- Lead process improvements, manage client communications and inquiries, coordinate basket forecasting, perform periodic reconciliations, and update process documentation within the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in fund accounting, NAV for ETF/MF/hedge funds, corporate action processing, trade operations, or investment operations at a reputed global firm.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, Technical, or related field preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word) and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.

- Experienced in trades settlement, corporate actions, or fund accounting, preferably with ETF product and basket creation knowledge.
- Operates effectively within complex operational control frameworks and drives process efficiency projects.
- Capable of analytical problem-solving and logical reasoning to resolve operational and client issues.
