About This Role
- Maintain operational accuracy and timeliness in PCF creation, Basket creations, Corporate Action processing, and UCF dissemination for ETF portfolios.
- Perform effective reviews, forecasting, communication with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure reference data accuracy and reconciliation of fees.
- Identify and lead process improvement projects, update process documentation, and drive risk control effectiveness within the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience focused in Accounting, Finance, Technical or related field preferred.
- Experience in Fund Accounting or NAV in ETF/MF/Hedge Funds, Corporate Action processing, Trade Operations, or relevant Investment Operations experience in a global reputed firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products especially Excel; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in night shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fund accounting, ETF product servicing, or corporate actions within financial services, preferably with exposure to ETF basket creation.
- Analytical with strong attention to operational accuracy and detail orientation, capable of managing client communications and complex data reconciliation.
- Demonstrates ownership in operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives within a risk-controlled environment.
