About This Role
- Ensure operational accuracy and timeliness in ETF-related processes including PCF creation, basket management, corporate action processing, and UCF dissemination.
- Process corporate actions on model ETF portfolios using Bloomberg and index provider data, ensuring alignment with client indexes.
- Lead process improvements, manage communication with clients and internal stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date process documentation and controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in Fund Accounting, NAV for ETF/MF/Hedge Funds, Corporate Action processing, Trade Operations, or Investment Operations with a reputed global firm preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Technical or related field preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and analytical skills required.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
