About This Role
- Prepare and perform first-level reviews of client financial statements and mandatory reports ensuring accuracy and timely completion for audit/review and regulatory submission.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff; manage workflow, assign tasks and oversee short-term deliverables for team accuracy and deadline adherence.
- Coordinate activities and communication between multiple departments including global offshoring partners, and lead operational improvements and use of automation technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or similar preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Fund Financial Reporting, accounting, or finance field preferred.
- Willingness to work shifts overlapping US, APAC, and EMEA hours to support training and operational needs.

- Experienced in fund accounting and financial reporting with deep knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Operates effectively in a global, multi-shift environment coordinating cross-functional and offshore teams.
