About This Role
- Prepare and review client financial statements and mandatory reporting forms ensuring accuracy and timely completion for audit, regulator submission, and client distribution.
- Manage and oversee team workflow, assign tasks, coach staff, provide performance feedback, and uphold risk management through adherence to SOPs and controls.
- Coordinate activities across departments including global offshoring partners, troubleshoot client issues, support operational improvements, and handle last-minute ad hoc requests.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Fund Financial Reporting, accounting, or finance preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA preferred.
- Work shifts overlapping US, APAC, and EMEA hours; requires strong technology skills and knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS.
