About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to deliver scalable, high-quality backend applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and database integrations in large enterprise environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and ensure delivery meets standards of quality, security, performance, and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Java development, including backend and enterprise solutions.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of Java developers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong hands-on skills in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, RESTful services, and database integration; familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experienced in delivering Java backend solutions for large enterprises with an operational focus on scalability and performance.
- Demonstrates technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, technical decision-making, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
