About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle including floating RFQs, vendor quotation evaluation, and Purchase Order creation in SAP MM.
- Coordinate and follow-up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and maintain procurement records in Excel.
- Develop new vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure compliance with company procurement policies while collaborating cross-functionally with stores, planning, and accounts.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial procurement and vendor management.
- Mandatory experience working with SAP MM module and understanding of Procure-to-Pay cycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Proficiency with basic MS Excel; strong communication and vendor coordination skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in industrial procurement with ability to independently manage sourcing and vendor relationships.
- Familiar with SAP MM and adept at using Excel for procurement data management.
- Skilled negotiator capable of supplier development and price analysis within a structured procurement environment.
