About This Role
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end import and export operations for India ensuring timely shipment execution.
- Prepare, review, and maintain all import-export documentation including customs-related paperwork and shipping instructions.
- Serve as primary liaison between Indian operations and Israel/Hong Kong teams, coordinating stakeholders globally to ensure compliant and smooth shipment movement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related Science discipline.
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in Import-Export Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade.
- Strong knowledge of import-export documentation, customs regulations, and international logistics operations.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across countries and time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in chemical, specialty chemical, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with hazardous goods transportation, chemical logistics, ISO tank operations, and dangerous goods documentation.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multinational environment with cross-functional global teams.
