About This Role
- Design and develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft BI stack, focusing on SSRS, Snowflake, and SQL.
- Build scalable data models and manage report development and enhancements in an Agile environment.
- Translate business/client requests into technical deliverables and ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability of BI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years of experience in BI or data development roles.
- Strong expertise in SQL (advanced querying and performance tuning) and Microsoft SQL Server (SSRS).
- Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms and knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum development processes and delivering production-ready analytics solutions.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and optimizing BI performance.
- Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical BI solutions.
