About This Role
- Lead and improve the Global Invoice to Pay (I2P) operations ensuring alignment with strategic goals and process productivity enhancements.
- Establish governance processes to manage operational risks and monitor KPIs against global targets and benchmarks.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, change management initiatives, and talent development in I2P operations globally.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus professional qualification (MBA/CA/ICWA or equivalent).
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Finance, specifically Global Procure to Pay domain with shared services and process transformation exposure.
- Experience setting up and managing Global Accounts Payable or Source to Pay centralized functions.
- Lean, Opex/Six Sigma certification required (Black Belt preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record leading global teams and driving standardized process improvements in complex, large organizations handling global stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in Finance shared services and Global Procure to Pay processes with ability to leverage ERP and AI technologies.
- Strong influencing skills to secure stakeholder buy-in and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement culture at scale.
